How Caracalla works
Treating each customer individually, Caracalla offers a full design service to create the best product. Working within strict corporate guidelines or making suggestions based on team colours and designs, we pride ourselves on capturing the essence of the brands with whom we work.
From an initial consultation, our artistic director will create draft illustrations through to technical design sheets that are approved before samples are made.
Caracalla offers a wide range of products from weekend holdalls to key fobs. Our drivers’ helmet bag is our iconic piece and has been designed to hold shoes, gloves and HANS device in a protected lower compartment.
All Caracalla 1947 products are made in the Florentine area of Tuscany in Italy, long considered the European capital of quality leather goods. Using only local tanneries, the best French calf leather is dyed using traditional vegetable dyeing methods. All hardware, zips and accessories are sourced from the best Italian and English suppliers. Customers appreciate the quality of a Caracalla product by the way it ages gracefully and gains an elegant patina. Regular care will help ensure years of service.
